Your items will be delivered to you within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your geographical location and time of year. This delay is explained by the fact that our creations are handmade by our craftsmen, which naturally takes more time than machine manufacturing. Additional time may be possible in the case of high demand.
If you made an input error when confirming the order, contact us immediately so that we can update your contact information before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it will no longer be possible to make these changes.
In case the item you received does not correspond to the one ordered or/and is damaged, 2 possibilities are available to you:
1. You want a refund: In this case, we ask you to provide us with photos of the damaged item and return it to us in the same condition as it is in with all parts and labels.
2. You wish to make an exchange: In this case the procedure is the same as for the previous point except that you will be asked in advance to choose an item to exchange of the same value as the one purchased.
Important: Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the order. After this period, we will no longer be able to honour your request.
In the case of a refund, you should receive the amount due within 20 business days. If this is not the case, please contact us to analyse the progress of the situation. In the case of an exchange, it will take approximately the same delivery time as the product initially ordered.
It is quite possible to cancel an order. However, the cancellation request must be made within 2 hours of the purchase. Once this deadline has passed, Nordic Wood reserves the right to refuse to cancel the order.
Regarding the refund conditions, the request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the package. After this date, we will no longer be able to introduce a refund.
Please note that it is imperative to return the product(s) and other components (boxes, guards, tools, etc.) to us in the same condition as received. Nordic Wood reserves the right to make a partial refund if it is found that the returned property has been damaged or is incomplete.
