Nordic Wood delivers worldwide, which is why we have warehouses in Europe, North America, and Asia. We ship according to your region and product availability.

We invite you to contact us within two hours of placing your order, so that we can proceed with the modification. Beyond this time, we may not be able to change your address.

It is possible that in certain periods of high demand (Holidays, etc.) or due to exceptional events (Strike, bad weather,etc.), the transit time may be longer than expected.

As these circumstances are beyond our control, we kindly ask that you be patient; your package will arrive in the coming days.

If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received anything, we kindly ask you to inquire with your neighbors and at your nearest post office where the carrier was able to deposit your package.

In rare cases, it may be that the delivery service has not scanned your package correctly, which leads to misinformation. In this case, we invite you to contact us with your order number.

To place an order, simply add the product(s) you are interested in to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button. Then, go to the payment page, where you will need to enter your delivery information and pay for the order.

Some of our items may be out of stock. We invite you to subscribe to our newsletter to be among the first to be informed once they are available again.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve an item. When you have items in your shopping cart, it is possible that your products may become out of stock if someone else has completed their order before you. We, therefore, advise you to finalize your order as quickly as possible, especially during promotional offers.

When you are on the checkout page, enter your promotional code in the field "Enter your promotional code here" and click on the "Apply" button.

Yes, it is possible to ask for the cancellation of your order within two hours of placing it. Beyond this time, Nordic Wood reserves the right to refuse the cancellation.

If you find that you have made a color or product error on your order: We cannot change your product or color on this order. We invite you to place a new order and contact us as soon as possible, so that we can cancel the erroneous order.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you directly after your order has been placed successfully.

If this is not the case, we invite you to contact us with the name used for the order. It is possible that a typing error has been made in your e-mail address. Please also check your spam folder.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation e-mail you received when you placed the order. If you did not receive this e-mail, please contact us with the name used to place the order.

For logistical reasons, your order may be sent in several installments. The rest of your order is already on its way and will arrive shortly.

If the item received does not match the order placed (wrong color, model, etc.), please contact us so that we can correct our mistake.

If your coupon code doesn't work, there are 3 possible reasons:

- Some coupon codes are temporary, depending on current offers.

- Your coupon code may be expired and therefore, unusable.

- Some coupon codes are only valid for certain collections on the site (Example: Only the watch collection). Please check the conditions of your code.

If your coupon code is still active and does not work, please contact us via our contact page.

If you received a coupon code as part of a promotional campaign and forgot to use it when placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will refund the difference.

A price drop may be present on the site during special events (Example: Black Friday). If you made your purchase the day before the price drop, we will not be able to refund the difference.

Payment & Security

Nordic Wood accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other country-specific payment methods.

 

All payment information is managed by our payment service provider who meets strict encryption and security standards in accordance with the imposed banking standards. There is, therefore, no risk during the transaction.

None of your payment information can be read or stored by Nordic Wood. All your payment data is directly transmitted to the bank via secure encryption.

Nordic Wood does not offer a payment facility.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 100 days from the date of receipt of the package to return your items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, protective labels and stickers must be intact, and the items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Please also note that :

 

Any item returned within 30 days will be refunded in full.

Any item returned between 30 and 100 days will be refunded in the form of a voucher that can be used throughout the shop.

 

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

When your package arrives at our warehouse, a verification process begins to determine if all conditions are met to be eligible for a refund. This process can take up to 30 days in periods of high demand. Once this procedure is validated, we will proceed with the refund.

Guarantee

The guarantee is 2 years and covers all products purchased from Nordic Wood from the date of purchase of the product. Beyond this period, all repairs will incur costs.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing defect and any other defect whatsoever arising during normal use of the product, such as the dial, movement, markers, and hands of watches.

The warranty does not cover :

- Defects and damage that occur as a result of accident, theft, fire, water, or natural disaster.

- Aesthetic alterations due to normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, natural wear and tear of the bracelet, chipping of the wood, etc.

- Defects and damage caused by negligence: Crushing, broken glass, scratches, blows, etc.

- The battery, glass, bracelet, and crown. Non-certified Nordic Wood products.

If your product falls under the terms of the guarantee, we will first ask you to send us visual evidence to show the defect or damage in question.

We will then ask you to return the item to us, stating the order number and the reason for the return. We will conduct an investigation to determine whether the problem occurred within the terms of the guarantee.

If all conditions are met, we will return the item. Shipping and return costs will be the responsibility of Nordic Wood.

Product Information (General)

The authenticity of a Nordic Wood piece can only be certified if it has been purchased directly from us.

If you have purchased from a dealer not certified by Nordic Wood, you may receive a counterfeit or non-compliant product with defects.

Nordic Wood will not be able to honor any claim if the product was not purchased directly from our site.

We work mainly with 3 types of wood: Bamboo, maple, and ebony.

Our products are treated against splashes and rain but cannot be submerged for long periods of time. Only our sunglasses are more water-resistant.

Watches Informations

The main movement used is the Japanese Miyota Quartz. You will also find other models with an automatic movement.

No, we do not currently offer this option.

You will receive a tool with your order that allows you to easily adjust the bracelet to your liking.

Bow Tie information

All our wooden bow ties are designed with an adjustable elastic band and a clip for a strong attachment and ease of adjustment to fit any neckline.

Sunglasses Information

All our models are equipped with UV400 lenses.
